Bump lief to 1.0.0 to satisfy cx-Freeze 8.7.0

cx-Freeze 8.7.0 (bumped by dependabot in 8fdbb4ae) requires
lief>=0.16.0,<1.1.0 on Windows, but lief is still pinned to 0.15.1 and
excluded from dependabot updates. That makes `pip install -r
requirements.txt` fail with ResolutionImpossible, so none of the
requirements get installed on a fresh environment.
